It is with great pleasure that True North Safety (TNS) Group announces that we have entered into a strategic merger with Transportation Engineering Services (TES).
For almost two decades, Canadian and international transportation authorities have trusted TES and its flagship product, the TES software, to manage, analyze and safely secure their transportation data. Over the past two years, TES has invested in significant refinements to its software platform to improve the user experience and widen the range of tools and data analytics available to clients. TES is truly an all-in-one solution to provide transportation professionals with the training, information and analytics to make informed decisions regarding the design, operations and maintenance of their infrastructure—which are a cornerstone of the TNS Vision.
Rest assured that the TES software will continue to be the same industry-leading product offered through TNS. The strength of this merger is really the powerhouse of industry leaders that stand behind and support the TES products and services. Amir, Greg, Pedram, Roshanak and Soroosh are like-minded experts who share the TNS ethics and who are invested in providing world-class transportation engineering and safety services to their clients.

Founded in 2017, TNS has become a highly specialized firm offering transportation safety consulting and forensic engineering services across Canada. We will continue to offer these services and expertise to our legal, insurance, and transportation agency clients under the helm of Russell Brownlee and an expanded leadership team.

Le groupe True North Safety (TNS) a le plaisir d’annoncer sa fusion stratégique avec l’entreprise Transportation Engineering Services (TES).
Depuis presque 20 ans, les responsables des transports au Canada et à l’étranger font confiance à cette entreprise et à son produit phare, le logiciel TES, pour gérer, analyser et sécuriser leurs données sur le transport. Ces deux dernières années, TES a considérablement amélioré sa plateforme logicielle pour la rendre plus conviviale pour ses clients, leur offrir plus d’outils et améliorer l’analyse de données. Véritable solution intégrée, elle fournit aux professionnels du transport la formation, les informations et les analyses nécessaires à la prise de décision éclairée en matière de conception, d’utilisation et d’entretien des infrastructures, pierre angulaire de la vision de TNS.
Soyez assurés que TNS offrira le même produit avant-gardiste, le logiciel TES. La force de cette fusion, c’est le dynamisme des chefs de file de l’industrie qui sont à l’origine des produits et services de TES, et qui en assurent le soutien. MM. Amir Zarinbal, Greg Szrejber, Pedram Izadpanah, Soroosh Masouleh et Mme Roshanak Dizaji, experts adhérant aux mêmes principes, respectent la déontologie de TNS et s’engagent à fournir aux clients des services de calibre mondial en matière d’ingénierie et de sécurité des transports.

Russell Brownlee, président de TNS. « Mais lorsque les deux entreprises ont commencé à discuter, les synergies et les avantages nous sont tout de suite apparus évidents et j’ai bien hâte de voir cette équipe réussir et prospérer. »
Créé en 2017, le groupe TNS est devenu une entreprise hautement spécialisée offrant des services de consultation en matière de sécurité des transports et d’ingénierie légale à l’échelle du Canada. Il continuera d’offrir ces services et ce savoir-faire à ses clients des domaines du droit, de l’assurance et du transport sous la direction de M. Russell Brownlee et de son équipe élargie d’experts.
La vision de TNS demeure : « Motiver nos collaborateurs, nos collègues et la société à placer au tout premier rang la vie et le bien-être de l’humain lors de la prise de décisions en matière de transport ».
