Quality Assurance
The TNS Quality Assurance program is world-class system using a combination of live monitoring and industry leading business intelligence to analyze multiple aspects of our service provisions on an ongoing basis.
All calls are recorded for potential review and for the mutual benefit of our staff and our clients. These calls may be accessed as part of our Quality Assurance program, or in response to particular issues or compliments. At TNS we believe that reinforcing the positives is just as critical as correcting issues when it comes to ensuring that quality is our top priority.
Our whole management team is part of our QA process. While we have dedicated QA managers whose full time role is to monitor and provide feedback, we also empower our other managers to monitor aspects of quality related to their own area of expertise.
