Listen On-Line

When you partner with us, you will be given on-line access to audio recordings of any or all of the calls we take for you. This web-based application can be accessed from any internet connection with your account code and password. The application has been designed for easy usage. The control panel allows you to monitor any or all calls, review messages only, change your settings or contact us.

Call Monitoring

All calls and their call reason will be displayed in this section. You can select any call and play the recording as well as view the typed message if one exists. Recordings can be filtered various ways, for example, by call type or caller ID. Any message can be saved to your hard drive and e-mailed to others.

Messages

Messages are calls that require action within your organization. These are separated from other calls for easy review. They have all the sorting features of call monitoring as well as read and unread status. Once reviewed, messages can be marked unread or deleted for ease of management.

Settings

You can review messages or recordings for the last 24, 48 or 72 hours or search for up to 14 days.
