Our History
During the mid-1990s, entrepreneur Gary Darychuk became increasingly concerned about the lack of a highly skilled service to take his customer's calls. In this absence, Gary decided to build a contact center dedicated to customer service excellence and in 1997 TNS was born.
In 2001, Profit Magazine named TNS the 14th fastest growing start-up company in Canada. In 2006, TNS received the "Judges Choice Award" for fostering excellence in the industry from the Contact New Brunswick Association. In 2009, TNS debuted in 6th place on the list of "Best Places to Work in Atlantic Canada" and received the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) "Award of Excellence" for the 51th year in a row.
Today, TNS answers thousands of calls per day for clients across North America, providing every type of customer service inquiry.
